What have you done before the problem was there?

im going to victory road and and i got stuck in loading map route 28 for 5 hours, i tried to reconnect many times but still stuck in loading map.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i tried to redownload my client and i tried to talk gm online in game but no response to me.
