What have you done before the problem was there?

Spoke to the Aide and he said I needed to catch 10 Pokemon. Caught 10 and returned but the Aide is missing. I need HM02 - Flash to progress.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Tried restarting client, loading new areas, etc and nothing.
