The rules differ from tournament to tournament. Some player ran tournaments ban certain moves/ strats, but in regular PvP the only rule is to not use and abuse broken moves and abilities.

yes, we can do it, but this is a ridiculous way to win in my opinion, we need at least a sleep clauses in all PRO PVP.
