What have you done before the problem was there?

estava em Dewford City ganhei a insignea e fui direto para slateport.. fiquei preso no mapa, vi varios videos de ganhe play da parte onde estou a ate antes... estou preso em slateport city regiao de hoenn e não consigo sair, apos derrotar os npcs da prais andei por toda cidade e tentei voltar ao navio, fiquei sem dinheiro pra voltar, tentei usar a vara de pescar para conseguir dinheiro so que não da, tentei usar o surf e tambem não da aparece a mensagem dizendo que preciso ganhar uma insgnea antes para liberar... não sei o que eu faço alguem pode me ajudar?

tendei usar o surf, vi gameplays e o detonado e parece que não fiz uma quest que é a do Mr. Stone

was Dewford City won a badge and went straight to Slateport .. got stuck on the map, I saw several of the gameplay videos where I'm up before ... I'm stuck in Slateport city Hoenn region and can not get out after defeat npcs the beach walked all over town and tried to get back to the ship, I was no money to go back, I tried to use the fishing rod to get so money not of, tried to use the surf and also not of, the message saying I need to win '' Balance Badge '' prior to release ... I do not know what I do can someone help me?
