I Cannot Log into Red Server (MAC)

Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes

On which server issue happened: RED

 

What have you done before the problem was there?

Played normally and bought membership.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Yes, except every time i try something the client crashes.

 

Description and Message

So recently i bought the red server membership, and i played with it for a bit then logged out. i am an avid player of Pokemon revolution as i do not have a nintendo DS system so this Program usually serves me well.

 

I went back onto play and my client froze, i tried logging in again but that didn't work either. This has been happening for over a month now and i have lost my membership as i have not been able to play.

 

If there is any resolution to this issue it would be greatly appreciated if you were to let me know. i have already looked at articles about this but none have been any good.

I am by no means a specialist at I.T. support, but completely removing all of the files and then re-downloading/installing them is never a bad idea. Have you tried that?

If so, do you receive an error message when trying to log in - or does your device simply not launch the client at all?

I will try both of these suggestions, but what im most annoyed about is the membership that i was not able to take advantage of.

but is there any way i could get any sort of compensation for the loss of my membership. as for the last update i was prompted to download it upon opening the client. but with this one i was not.
