What have you done before the problem was there?

The quest to unlock teleportation in Hoenn, made plusl and minun to reactivate the rods.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

The only thing that gets me unstuck is relogging. /ref doesn't do nothing and hitting the refresh button next to the hotbar (which I assume does the same thing as /ref) also doesn't work.

 

Description and Message

I'm doing that quest to unlock teleportation in hoenn, and I've just made the plusl and minun reactivate both rods or whatever. now whenever I try to talk to watson I get stuck, forcing me to relog and get put back in the 200+ person queue. It's not a great experience.

It might just be server side lag, if you wait a minute or two after talking to him the dialogue should pop up. I was having this issue earlier but it seems to be fixed now.</r>

Waiting does nothing, have relogged three times so far. I'll try again.

 

EDIT: Sixth time a charm! solved it.

Make sure you close the client completely when you relog. Hopefully this can fix your issue.
