Please note that this guide won't provide you with info like where you find a certain pokemon to complete the pokedex. It only explains what requirements need to be met in order to have the opportunity to catch Jirachi.

 

The requirements to encounter Jirachi are as followed:

1) Need full Dex caught data until Deoxys entry (excecpt uncatchable legends and Castform, who only need seen data).

2) Around 210 evo data.

3) Playtime. The least is 100 Hoenn exclusive hours. You can check them by talking to prof. Birch.

4) After all the above requirents have been met, you nees to go to the moon and talk to the peculiar rock that was behind Deoxys, not still clear if u need to go there a specific time of the day.
