What have you done before the problem was there?

I went in SS Anne and batteled every NPC. But I cant go to the captain. I read already that i must search for an Chansey but there isnt a chansey anywhere.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I already loged out and in, started the game new, left the ship and entered it again, but i dont know how the chansey appears in the 3rd floor :/

I dont want to start the game new because i already spend a couple of hours for it and i play the game together with some friends. but without visiting the captain i cant reach major bob :/
