What have you done before the problem was there?

i have no idea....i was playing last 8 hours and try to log in again and it says you have been banned :(

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i try to visit my account if there is notification of getting banned but there is no post or message that i was banned...sorry for my bad english..
