I tried to open the items tab to try to catch Celebi, which caused my game to freeze like this: https://imgur.com/L3SzviP for literally 10 minutes until I was force logged. What have you already tried to solve the problem? There is nothing I can do to solve the problem to my knowledge. Description and Message Mainly just want to get a chance at catching celebi again. As far as I know staff can't help you by giving you another chance as if they did they would have to help everyone else who has previously had this issue. To avoid it in the future, if you open your bag every 30 minutes or so and this should never happen again. Hopefully in the future there will be a some way to catch Celebi again. Qhinn Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 Jolly answered the thread already. Unfortunately we can't help. Staff doesn't take responsibility for crashes/freezes, as we cannot predict them. The client froze due to being unable to load all the data needed within 7 minutes, probably caused by not-opening the bag for a certain amount of time. We can't refund anything due to the fact that we open the box of Pandora if we did. Everyone would claim stuff which would end up in a total mess.
