1. Is move "foul play" already implement in this game? I take my honchkrow to move relearner and foul play moves is not there.

 

2. For instance, i lvling my electabuz to lvl 100 and then only trade it to my friend (with the item require), will it evolve to electirive or it willl not evolve?

1. I think foul play isn't in game yet.

 

2. Yes. Electabuzz will evolve when traded while holding the required evo item.

Foul play is in PRO, I've seen sableye's use it on PvP

It is a moveset from sableye and it seems the staffs are coding some learnset but they are starting from generation 1 and so on. maybe it will be updated one of these days or maybe a month. not sure about that. :Crazy:
