Just caught a lvl 3 snorunt....It say it need 0 exp till next lvl....but when i fight it dont get any exp...is that maybe a bug or no

You need to gain at least 1 exp to level up the Pokemon. Put the Pokemon in the lead slot then swap it out. This should give it the exp it needs to level up.
