I do not know if it's a bug, after my fight against the leader of the aqua team in the Cave of Origin for the quest Jiraichi, fight and win the fight just after the server is brought offline.

 

Reconnecting me, the leader just disappeared without kyogre while learder the team Magma have gone well with his tar.

 

Is his will be a problem for the quest of Jiraichi ?

 

And also, she gives an award as the leader of the team magma ? because I had nothing.

U should have gotten a Carnivanh and Kyogre Dex-Entry, if u dont got that u prob need help by staff. Esp. if your dex-entry is missing. ;)
