Timburr - Land - Night

Riolu - Land - Day

Axew - Land - Night

Riolu is now only Day spawn, Timburr Morning and Night and Axew only Night.

I was told timburr is night/morning and that guide was different, guess they must have just changed it. Thanks though.

 

Don't have Axew seen data but I assume it spawns at night.

Indeed Timburr is found in the morning and at night, some of the spawn guides have not been updated to the new hoenn pokemon spawns.

All can be found in hoenn in once place and that is Granite cave

1- Axew : Night, Membership pokemon

2- Timburr : Morning and night, Membership pokemon

3- Riolu : Day only, No membership needed.
