Description and Message

I have 351+ hours all kanto and johto pokemon caught plus Mew (legendaries seen.. all of them) and still the Scientist inside Bell Tower's 1st room won't give me one of the 3 stones. Moreover the other scientist in Ruins of Alph won't give me the GS Ball (which makes sense cause of the 1st problem)

Actually, I don't think this is a bug - according to this thread made about a similar issue, you no longer need the stone. So just ignore the stone and proceed with the rest of the requirements.

Just to clarify: do you have the seen dex data of Suicune/Raikou/Entei/Lugia/Ho-Oh? Also, how many evolutions do you have? You need either 120 or 121, if I recall correctly.

showing the requirements for the G.S. ball + everything you need to do after you obtain it.
