I've been searching for Latios for 3 days but I still can't find him.

I've checked every locations in hoenn, even the places where Latias possible locations still not there.

I've already watched the T.V. 4 times. It keeps saying that the Blue poke is still roaming around.

He is the last Legendary seen data for Hoenn I need for Jirachi quest. :(

I have looked all the possible locations already. Everything in the guides on this forum.<br/>

I checked every places 3-5 times for 3 days.<br/>

Still nothing.<br/>

no latios in Devon corp 3f<br/>

no latios in Petalburg maze<br/>

no latios in Granite Cave 1F 2<br/>

no latios in Route 124 Underwater (the diver npc is not there for latios. only one npc diver is there and he doesn't have latios)<br/>

no latios in Route 123<br/>

no latios in Shoal Cave (Ice Room)<br/>

no latios in Mossdeep Gym or in any houses in mossdeep including the space museum<br/>

no latios in Sky Pillar 5F or anywhere in sky pillar.<br/>

no latios in Victory Road Hoenn B2F or anywere in Victory road.<br/>

no latios in the middle of the seas<br/>

no latios inside the cave near lilycove<br/>

no latios in other dive spots<br/>

no latios in weather station<br/>

no latios in latias possible locations too.</r>

I usually checked every places twice once a day.<br/>

I have already looked at all the guides here in forums.<br/>
