You can get it as a reward from Gingery Jones boss at Feral Site (you need 2400 discoveries to fight with him). 2. You can also receive it from discoveries at Feral Site. 3. The third option is to buy it from NPC at Devon Corporation for 120k, but you probably need at least 240 evo data in your Pokedex to unlock this NPC.
