I had forgotten what my user password is

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have tried to change my password twaice. Both times it has let me log into the main website but not in the game.

Basically what I said above with the password issue. The red server just isn't reckoning that I did a password change for some strange reason no matter how many times I try to change it and I would like to be able to log in. If someone can please help me figure out what is going on that would be apperichated.

What type of message are you getting when trying to log in to the game?

Try closing the client completely and then reopening it, this may fix the issue.

Ah, this means you are in a ghost queue. You are connecting to the server but you can't see the queue. To fix it you can either wait out the queue or restart your client a few times. I hope this helps :Grin:

 

NOTE: I just checked and the queue is very small at the moment (50 Players in the queue), it should only take you a couple of minutes to connect.

yeah i've been waiting to play since the password was changed last night. its still saying only connecting to server then nothing is happening
