I've tried many times to catch Dratini by good rod but it wasn't worked!! Could you tell me what's the percentage of catching dratini with goodrod ?? And ì only supper rod can catch it, it's so unfair TT...

afaik its super rod only, and why is it unfair lol, everybody can get a super rod at one point in the game..
