Cannot get to Pacifidlog

Perhaps I am simply doing it incorrectly, but I feel like this is the path to Pacifidlog, and there's no way to proceed forward. I have not been able to access the path, even with relogging.

It not bug map, you just in wrong way.

You need to surf south of mossdeep and head towards route 131 where sky pillar is, keep going to that direction and you're on pacifidlog.
