Unluckily ampharos isn't a fast pokemon, so 31 ivs and modest nature don't matter at all :(

Usually you want some bulk with ampharos as well, so that mareep, although might seem good, has an actual value close to 0 :(

You can still sell to some unexperienced player for a completely random price (might be 30k or 100k depending on how little the other player knows about ampharos)
