I tried to teach 1 of my pokemons Rollout in Johto for 10k , but while picking which attack to erase, i got a dc.. Right now i miss both 10k and i havent learned Rollout, nor can i learn it without paying again.. Is there any solution or anything that can be done?

It sounds like you were rolled back - there's nothing that can be done to recover lost data, unfortunately. You'll probably have to go back to the tutor and learn the move again. To prevent future rollbacks, I suggest logging out after you do anything you want the game to save/preserve immediately, like when you catch something rare, evolve a Pokemon, etc.
