Like Nade said, it is a common bug. As for server reboots there is no scheduled time for them and lately they have been getting rarer and rarer. Normally the server crashes/ reboots every 24 hours or so, so if you keep your eye out on this website you will see when the server is online/ offline and how long it has been online: https://project-sato.net/statuschecker/

I am afraid you will have to wait for the server to re-boot for you to be able to log back in.They don't happen very often any more but, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
