What have you done before the problem was there?

I have xp my Budew to increase happiness to 255.

Then I waited for the day to do increase from one level !

And nothing happened !

Yes I brought up my Budew 2 levels.

Level 17-18; and 18-19.

It is mounted level, THE DAY, and with happiness to 255.

Can it really evolved ?

In handhelds, Budew must be leveled with max happiness at day time, I'm not sure if its the same in PRO, So try that, :Grin:

Hi do you remember what time of day? it is coded in but normally it works around morning time.

Hi there, I see that you mistake between daytime and morning. The daytime must be 10am to 4pm that different with morning time 4-10am. So make sure you evolve it when max happy 255 at time between 10 am to 4 pm.
