What have you done before the problem was there?

I was catching Jirachi when this happens. I have good internet connection. so I don't see it as a problem.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to go to moon again and see if I can still go to Jirachi's place. :(

Sorry to hear of your loss but I don't think the staff can help you. If they did they would have to help every other player in your situation who have already been turned away. Maybe in the future you will get another chance to catch it.

Like Nathan said, this is really a tragic thing to miss out on a massive reward for putting heaps of time an effort into the game,

 

Although I did hear a suggestion that was approved of by a staff member, where they might be able to make an event where all those who lost their Mew's, Celebi's and Jarachi's due to crashes would be able to recatch them ~ I wish you luck my good friend. :Ambivalent:

Greetings. There's nothing we can do, unfortunately. Staff doesn't take responsibility for server crashes as we can't predict them.

 

Remain patient, maybe there will be a way once. Sorry for your inconvenience, try to enjoy your game.
