Hi, I''m not sure whether I should be posting here. But i just want to ask why everytime there's delay in moving off, talking to npcs and even changing area to area. My net is fine, is there anyway I can make it better?

Certain maps will lag more than others based on a variety of reasons. We're currently working on server stability and optimization to mitigate these issues, but I do have a few things that you can try.

 

Under the options menu in the game, make sure that you have VSync and Limit FPS checked. Both of these will drastically improve your game performance. If you're still encountering these issues frequently, you can also disable Weather and Detailed Lighting for better performance.
