I am doing the quest involving team rocket down in the basement of GoldenRods pokemart basement. And the pokemon trapped in the boxes it seems I am missing one. I have checked every single box. Multiple times. for about an hour over and over now. Am I missing something? Is anyone else having this issue?

It's the most annoying quest ever. I had to check every box multiple times due to server lag.

This quest has been tested multiple times and is working.

 

As Crimson said, occasionally lag prevents you from checking the boxes. The only advice I have for you is to make sure that you check all of them.
