What have you done before the problem was there?

when I was at the site , I want a quick poke to center and then I use the item escape rope . when in pokecenter , I get stuck .. then i try to relogin .. but " user already logged in " .. I 've tried a few times but it remains the same . and have already lasted one day more

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to reboot my computer , and wait one more day , still have the same problem

Unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time.

Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again.
