I have a bug in SS Anne, the blissey isn't here, i spoke to the guy in kitchen and to the guy wth his abra (his abra to), and when i go to the top of the SSAnne the blissey isn't here. (i have a pecha berry). Every trainers in the SSAnne are defeated (jackson too) Earlier, i was blackout from the SSAnne to cerulean city, i guess the the blissey bug from it. Nightjay Posted July 9, 2016 Share Posted July 9, 2016 When you speak to Dr. Neumann in the kitchen, you need to select the second dialogue option ("Is there any way I can help?"). Make sure to select all dialogue options related to helping while talking to Dr. Neumann; otherwise the pharmacist won't take the Pecha Berry from you. Afterwards, if you already have the Pecha Berry, you should be able to speak with Jenson the pharmacist. If everything has been done correctly, he'll mention creating a potion and his Blissey delivering it to you. After that happens, Blissey will be at the ballroom near the left aisle. showing the steps you need to take. Hope this helps!
