What have you already tried to solve the problem? Description and Message Hi, as the title says Mudkip can't learn this move from the Tutor in the abandoned ship. It should be able to learn it! It should be! https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Aqua_Tail_%28move%29 What about Marshtomp and Swampert, can they learn Aqua Tail? Pretty important move since it is one of the few powerful physical Water type moves!
