Possible by using a instance base system to generate a house based on a few predefined templates. And by purchasing your own furniture to make it feel a tad bit homieish. Another thing unique would be Player Customs. It would be pretty neet to be able to pay and design your own characters. It can easily use a approve system, were players create a customs for so much money and before its put onto the live server its approved by Admins.
