I asked Move Tutor in Goldenrod to make my Piloswine relearn Ancient Power, then use a rare candy to level it up from 98 to 99. But there is no evolution. Whats problem? Pls help me :Cry:

You just need to use Ancientpower in battle once - you'll get an evolution window afterwards. This applies to all Pokemon with similar evolution processes (e.g. Ambipom with Double Hit, Yanmega with Ancientpower, etc).

you dont even need to use it. just gain some exp in battle
