There was a map error when my growlithe was in a battle with wild PM.And i was kick out from the game.When i logged back, i find my growlithe's level turned back to the level before the battle.After the battle my growlithe didn't get any experience,but it's level was reduced. And leftover it hold in the battle is gone.

This is not a mapping error but due to a server crash rollback, which is not something we can detect. I'm sorry to hear that this has caused you a leftovers items. However, we are unable to refund your lost items. You can find leftovers from wild Snorlax, check your pokedex for their encounter locations.
