I already captured 10 different pokemons and when I talk to the prof he says for me to get flash on route 2 with the guy, but when i talk with the guy nothing happens he says only that he will come back to the lab but will stand there (route) for a while. Help me. Sorry for my english, I'm Brazilian.

"I should return to the lab, but I will stay here for a while longer" is the dialogue he gives after you have received the HM.

 

Check your bag. You may have talked to him and already obtained the Flash HM without realizing. It will say "HM05 - Flash."

You already got the HM05-Flash check your bag and teach a pokemon. good luck

Hi. I have the same problem. As for my case, I have already captured 30 pokemons (he asked for 30). I talked to him (wasn't able to read the dialogue), and he gave me TM 114(I think..?). But where's the HM Flash? I don't see it in my bag. Please help!
