This comparison is like comparing smart phone with laptop or a truck vs a car. :Crazy:

They have totally different functions dude, one is physical tank, spinner; the other is wall breaker. It all depend on what your team need.

Quite simple: do you have a spinner on your team ? If no, pick Donphan. If yes, mamoswine and hippodown and probably the best ground types with Donphan, mamo being offensive and hippo being defensive. All of them can have Stealth Rock which you should use if you don't already have it. Hope it helps.
