What are ALL the perks/benefits of having MS/membership?

Like:

- Areas only for MS players

- Pokemons

- Items

- EXP gain increase

- Money gain increase

- New trainers

- Events

- Quests

- Story

- Moves use outside of battle, any that is only for members

- Is it only MS player that can get items by using the move Thief on wild pokemon or trainers pokemon? Does it also work on trainers pokemon? Do you still get the item if the pokemon faints? And do you still keep the item outside of battle?

Thief and Covet work for all players (not need to membership), still get item if pokemon faint, can get item from wild pokemon (can temporary take away item from trainer and NPC, however will not get item after battle). The item stolen from wild battle will auto move to bag.
