The only legendaries that can be caught are: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi Other legendaries in game are for SEEN data only in order to get the obtainable legendaries. Other players have different legendaries aside from what I've said because they were member of the staffs before and/or they are staffs and/or became a champion in legendary tournament.
