Description and Message

1) Go to bill's house

2) look for research notes (its under his pillow xD)

3) Go to the cruse (ship) at vermilion city

4) To level up and train there is alot of rooms with trainers to battle

5) if you walk in a hallway there is a guard guarding the stairs that leads to the captain talk to the guard

6) Go to the guy with glasses inside the kitchen and he will tell you to go to the doctor to get the secret potion for the captain.

7) look for the doctor in one of the rooms (a guy with glasses that have an abra in the room)

8) go to the big hall, then go up the stairs then go left you will find blissy take the secret potion from her

9) go to the guard and he will let you in

10) talk to the captain and give him medicine

11) talk to the captain again he will give you TM Cut

12) You are done leave the cruse
