I payed 5k to enter the safari zone, when I wanted to enter the next zone by walking to the ''wall'' i got stuck on the next zone, I relogged and when I logged back in I was outside, I lost 5k and don't got any money to enter again.

 

May I have a refund please?

There might be a different problem then just getting stuck. The trigger to move from the entrance to safari zone 1 is not correct. It shows that it is two tiles but it is only 1 of those tiles. Try going through both of the tiles that are there and you should go through.

It isnt a crash, It's a bug in the game!

 

I Didn't crash I restarted the game..
