Ah, voce deve estar falando da "Ghost Queue" , que é só um pequeno bug que faz com que a janelinha da queue e tempo estimado não apareçam, porém, você ainda está nela mesmo que não veja, a não ser que o jogo mostre a mensagem "Can not connect to the server", fora isso é só voce aguardar normalmente. Se voce sentir necessidade, feche e abra o cliente denovo pra ver se a janelinha vai aparecer!

 

Sobre no caso do Red ser mais cheio, isso é óbvio, pois o Blue é mais recente que ele, e o Red sendo a única opção de players antigos. Nem todos querem começar uma nova aventura, sem falar que novatos tendem a entrar nele por ele estar como padrão.
