Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes

On which server issue happened: BLUE

What have you done before the problem was there?

I could log into the server fine.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to do what the support post said, tried turning the client on and off, retyped my log in info, but get the "Can Not Connect".

But if I try to connect to Red Server it connects somewhat fine, but makes me lose everything and go back to the character create screen(I don't know if that is normal or if I just had all my progress deleted.)

Nevermind, it is working now.. I don't know how to delete this though.

Glad it's working now. Just wanted to add that your game progress will not transfer between servers, so you didn't actually lose any of your items when you opened the game up on the Red Server. Effectively your Red Server data and Blue Server data are two separate game files.
