So, I bought the Dragons Club membership for 200k. I got the medallion for 240 pokemon caught. I fought Dragonite in the basement of the Den. Lance won't battle me. I talked to the guard in front of the Cerulean cave, went back to Lance, and he still won't battle me.

 

I don't know what the issue could be, and it's super frustrating to do all that work and not have access.

Do you have only level 100 Pokemon with you as well. That is the requirement for the boss.

The only thing needed to battle Lance is to have all pokemon at lvl 100. Did you by any chance had a lower lvled poke in your team?

I have a 97 Marowak on me at the time.. Wish I knew that before all that running around. Thanks. Guess I have to level him up.
