Well there is a npc in Cerulean City in Cerulean House 3 that offer a trade, he want a Poliwhirl for a Jynx.

Lost after accepting my Poliwhirl and didn't get the Jynx.

Npc says now "How is Jynx doing?"

Anything I could do or Anyone who can help?
