I'm considering to start this game seriously but before that I had a couple confusing issues when I logged into game for first time.

My questions are;

 

1-What are purple pokemons?

2-What's the difference between a purple and a normal pokemon?

3-What does IV AND EV mean?

4-What does pokemon attitude necessary for and how it effects the gameplay?

5-Does it worth keep remaking new accounts to try to get a purple pokemon as your starter?

6-What's the latest generation pokemons are in game?

1- Membership Pokemons.

2- Purple pokemons are membership pokemons which can only be found by people who hold the membership status, while "normal" pokemons can be encountered by everyone. you can get membership by donating $5 or buy from other players for approximately around 300k.

4. by attitude, you mean natures i assume? if so, they are necessary. the right nature depends on the pokemon and it affects the gameplay (e.g. battles, etc) for more info, the iink above conveys further about natures as well.

5. no. You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person.

6. Gen 6 but new pokes are constantly being added

Unless you mean purple as in their names are purple in chat, then they're shiny, which are the same as normal pokemon apart from their colour. They're found by luck, either 1/8192 chance for any wild pkmn to be shiny, or 1/500 for an abandoned pkmn to be shiny
