the queue never stops even in non peak hours unlike before the queue counts raise up to 800

can't play the game almost 5 days straight both server getting full fast and i cant pass through the queue

when im near the end of queue it got dc or got freeze pls help

Hi, the game is currently experiencing of surge of new players due to some popular streamers/Youtubers recently streaming PRO. I find that around 7-9 AM GMT is when the queue seems to settle down the most, so you can try to play around then.

 

If you still aren't loading into the game after your queue time has passed, it may be due to a problem with your Internet connection. Keep trying to log in, eventually your game should load. If you're having trouble with a freezing client, you may need to close the game completely and relaunch it - try reading this guide on game crashes.

When the countdown of the queue stops is because your client loses the connection with the server. Sometimes in happens to me, but never to prevent me from playing for 5 days.
