What have you done before the problem was there?

I just downloaded the game and created an account when I loaded the game I logged on the little loader said connecting then logged in but just stayed at the load screen as if was frozen there

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I'm not sure how to proceed I ve tried restarting the game three times

Hi, you're experiencing what's called the "ghost queue." When your game says "Logging in..." but nothing happens afterwards, it means you've connected into the queue successfully, but the queue window is just failing to show up properly. You can simply wait it out, as you're in queue like normal and will be logged into the game after the queue has passed. You can also keep relaunching the client in order to get the queue window to show up (this may take a few tries). Either method should work for you.
