I've asked in help chat and talked to a moderator in game about it. I was sent here.

I can't right click on players name in chat window to whisper them. Makes it quite hard to contact people.

Not sure why you aren't able to right click on people, but ave you tried the command /pm yourname-=-playername ?

hmm, not sure about that command. trying it now and says the person disabled messages or is offline..i'm sure i'm putting it in incorrectly

It mean the player you contact was set as as offline mode or not online, so you cannot pm. Just trying that command for anyone who surely online, so it will check you have issue or not
