I created a new account and when I went to e- mail comfirmar gave this message : Your account Could Not Be Activated . Please re- check the link or contact the system administrator .

Hi, you should read this thread about having email issues. Follow the instructions there. Keep trying to click the link; if it doesn't work after 24 hours, you can try recreating an account and using Gmail as your email provider instead.
