(Ability torren , nature serious) -Hydro pump -Ice beam -Surf -Aqua Tail Raichu lv58. (ability static , nature gentle) -Spark -Electro ball -Discacharge -Dig Arcanine lv54. (Ability intimate , nature naughtly) -extreme speed -Flame wheel -Fire rang -Take down Magneton lv52. It is a guide by Windypuff on how to easily beat the Kanto e4. When leveling up your new pokemon for the e4 try not evolving them until you have them at the level you want.
