What have you done before the problem was there?

I started the game yesterday, created a character caught a heap of pokemon and started levelling up. But when I tried to sign on just now to continue playing, I get the Oak intro again asking me to make a player!! Whats happened to my file?? D:

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried logging onto both different servers incase it only saved on the one you were last on but no help..

you should make sure you are on the correct server, as there are two servers and you could have started on the other server :)
